1. We cannot ship to certain countries due to limitations of Japan airmail/EMS services (including: Brazil, Colombia, Israel, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, Venezuela, and others). If you place an order from a country we cannot ship to (or where shipping is not covered or is excessively expensive), your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately via PayPal.See point 5 for cancellation. We cannot ship to P.O. BOXES from Japan, a real address is required
2. Depending on parts availability and laboratory workload, shipping will take place within 48 hours up to a maximum of 30 days after the order is placed. We will notify you of the planned shipment date by email, and a tracking number will be provided after shipment.
3. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges imposed by the destination country (if applicable). Any visible damage to the shipping box must be checked and inspected carefully by the customer before opening, as conditions during transit may vary by destination.
4. The warranty covers hardware defects only. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including damage to laptops, power supplies, or oscillator EFC pins. Any modification to the product immediately voids the warranty. Warranty coverage is valid for one (1) year from the order date. Shipping costs to/from our laboratory for warranty-related service are fully the customer’s responsibility. Please read the product specifications carefully before use.
5. If an order has already been processed and paid for, and a cancellation is requested for any reason, including issues related to shipment, we will issue a refund of the total amount paid, minus PayPal transaction fees and any shipping costs (if the item has already been shipped).
6. For orders of more than 10 units, please contact us before submitting a request through the website.
7. Technical questions, support, or related requests must be submitted by email in written form, including detailed information about the issue and your setup.
